Unifreddo increases its owned fleet

Unifreddo has increased its fleet by purchasing new IVECO S-WAY AS440S46T/P tractors and other LAMBERET city bi-temperature semi-trailers .

Unifreddo is constantly committed to offering an integrated third party logistics service from storage to distribution. The expansion of the owned fleet allows us to offer greater flexibility and efficiency to meet the needs of our customers in an even more complete way.

Our vehicles are set up to reach various types of destinations, for delivery in the city to large
logistics hubs throughout Italy. Since 2017 Unifreddo is certified (known supplier) to deliver to airport facilities. Each vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic platform and pallet-truck for adapting to the various types of delivery.

All our vehicles are ATP-FRC certified in accordance with the international requirements for the transport of perishable goods with features and fittings that allow goods to be transported inside even at different temperatures at the same time, being all set up with an insulated load compartment that avoids the dispersion of the heat, refrigeration system to regulate and keep the temperature constant at the required levels, evaporators for the modulation of the internal air ensuring maximum freshness, insulating partition walls that allow to divide the freezing goods from the fresh or dry ones, monitoring tools and measurement of the temperature inside the load compartment for the entire duration of the transport, ensuring conservation according to law and granting the cold chain with vehicle temperatures down to -18 ° C.
